Our process

From first look to a seat in the hall.

A clear path through the platform, ending with one day in Okunozee Hall, Okada.

Discover the platform

Read what TIS is built to do and which of the three tracks, Purpose, Voice or Reach, speaks to where you are right now.

Choose your access tier

Standard, Premium or VIP. Each tier is a different depth of access to the same day, from full hall access through to speaker meet and greet and the closing reception.

Reserve your seat

Seating is limited across the three tiers for the 2026 Summit, so a seat is confirmed on reservation rather than at the door.

Prepare before the day

Come with a question you actually want answered and, if you intend to speak, an idea you are willing to defend. The sessions reward preparation.

Attend the Summit

One day in Okunozee Hall, Okada: talks, mentorship and conversation, with a general networking session for everyone attending.

Keep building afterwards

Leave with a direction you can write down, a voice you have tested in public, and people you met in the room. Relevance is built, not given.

On the day

How a Summit day is structured.

A single day of talks, mentorship, and conversation. The three outcomes, purpose, voice and reach, run through the programme rather than sitting in separate boxes.

Everyone attending has access to the main hall, all talks, and the general networking session. Premium and VIP add depth: a mentorship touchpoint, event materials, front row seating, a speaker meet and greet, and the closing reception.
